And as far as I know, there is no one else on my network.. plus.. every time I try to resend, i hit back, and post doesn't do anything making it quite annoying to reply.

It's in "Post and topics" -> "Time required between posts from the same IP". It's set to 0, so I don't know why it's being triggered.

If you waited five seconds after hitting "reply" or "preview", then there was no problem.

It's good if that is the case, as it keeps spam-bots from attacking. I bet that theymos or whoever set the timeout as 0 seconds, and everyone is still seen as coming from the same IP. It really needs fixing though.
