No, because it will be easier to steal your wallet information by brushing next to people with a phone scanning radio frequencies than to try and actually pick a wallet out of a pocket

And then to make sure the money's extra safe... promptly tells the press all about where he's hiding his wallets   ::)

That would be an every day type use of wallet. It's with you all the time.

Cold storage would probably still be on paper wallets.
