Title: What can you do if you've been scammed out of bitcoins? ???

What can you do if you've been scammed out of bitcoins?  ???

Just wondering if there's anything I can do? I read about double-spend but only works if you have enough bitcoins to send again and pray that the double spend reaches enough nodes and wins. In my case I sent this person all of my bitcoins in my wallet and didn't have enough. :-\

Learn from experience, there is no longer the next

You for all intensive purposes cannot double spend your bitcoin if the transaction has already been confirmed. You will need to learn from your mistake.

If you know the bitcointalk username of the person who scammed you then you should open a scam accusation against the person so others can be warned.

I would also suggest calling the police although it is very unlikely they will be able to help you

The only thing you can probably do is cry, and maybe buy some more because it seems to be heading for another yearly rally
