I spent a few minutes figuring out how to select a pool, if anyone else is wondering you have to click on "batch update payouts" next to the Prime Hashlet section. It will update every 24 hrs. If you want to withdraw balance, click balance and then click - sign at the top. No, it is locked. You can only mine with it.
