After this time is about 17:20, in November 13, 2014, I always can't login account (no prompt this account or password is wrong) then I get a new email address and password as like as two peas account (a mailbox should only be registered once) but this was able to successfully registered. Now account and have the same, but the inside of the transaction records and BTC are not. I now feel is C-CEX staff to write off or delete me before my account (or can not be the same mailbox can register a new account) please C-CEX to a treatment method.

I only have positive experience with c-cex and I'm sure most people would too if they would start taking their problems to their support.

OP, you sound confused and have failed to provide any evidence of your claims to the community.  For those reasons it is not possible for your message to have the impact you want.  I am reminded to never store a lot on any exchange but in regards to c-cex they have been very helpful to me in the past when I had questions or problems and I plan to continue trading there.

Title: Re: C-CEX staff is stolen coin thief, hope everyone to pay attention to
Post by: bitbaby on November 14, 2014, 05:12:35 PM
I don't trade there anymore, I don't trade too much anywhere now actually but when I did I never faced any problems with them, I think it would be best if you post screen-shots or any other proofs you have to support your claim. Also, post the conversation with their support (if you had any) and let the community weigh in on whether your accusation is legit or not.

I don't know. I've seen countless threads bashing c-cex but I haven't seen any proof yet. Their ICO rules are loose, I give you that but at the end of the day they are an exchange, not an authority figure so people should do their own research and not expect an exchange to do that for them. I think the memory leaking botnest that is bittrex is way worse but the volume is there so I'd imagine it's hard as it is for c-cex because if a coin gets listed on bittrex after c-cex, the trade volume shifts heavily over to bittrex. Besides, it's kind of ridiculous that c-cex would steal 1.2 BTC.

C-CEX staff said that my account without any record of transaction, I can see before the trade mail now, this should be a favorable evidence to prove my account had a lot of transaction.

This is the second time and the last time I am going to acknowledge you, your account was created on the 13th of November(REG DT shows this), you have one deposit of SCSY and that is it. Since you are being so persistent (to the point where I can tell you work for another exchange) I will post a screenshot of YOUR account direct from our server's backend. Please stop this nonsense no one wants or needs "1.2 btc" that you never had on here to begin with. Oh and you should really use 2FA as it helps protect from being hacked.

Why do you think I this is framed, you do not consider the victims. This is really happening, before the huangliang072106@163.com account for 6 months to be deleted. Now this account is the newly built in 3 days. You cannot understand my incident

Show me the TXID's from your withdrawals that appear on the blockchain, I think it is you who is not understanding. If you were hacked they cannot delete your account, it's not possible from the customer's end. So please show me the blockchain TXID's and we can trace them.

We have until you started with profanity, I will treat you with the same respect you treated me. I'm asking for TXID's that show past btc withdrawals from our site, if you are not familiar with a TXID here is an example of one: 51b78168d94ec307e2855697209275d477e05d8647caf29cb9e38fb6a4661145

Now show me all yours so we can try to help you, even though you posting on numerous threads falsely accusing us is certainly not helping your case any.

We have people with 50 times more btc in their accounts and they have not had any issues. I think you got hacked, they took over your email and you are trying to blame the exchange. You did not use 2fa so clearly security is not a concern of yours either.

C-Cex seemes to be going downhill, which is a shame.

Call me bitter, but after multiple attempts to just add BDSM and Fetish to their voting list, all proved pointless attempts.

It needs a shake up.

Get kinkypool.com onto it, but only after Sunday ... lol

When you are dealing with a customer in a public fashion, you need to always keep cool and treat them with respect. If the customer starts to act unprofessionally then their argument will lose it's value, despite any evidence they provide. If you react unprofessionally in return then no matter how the customer is acting, you will be at fault

C-CEX employee delete customer account this is a fact, lead out before November 12, 2014, after any account before a new account couldn't see the coins in, (my mail can prove it is not my fictional) I feel shame for C-CEX, hope that the majority of guests at the C-CEX to pay attention to this problem, not to a similar event.
