Just to clarify - The OP would "pay" your utility bill with some reversible payment method (in this case a prepaid credit card), you would send bitcoin to the OP then the OP would file a claim on the issuer of the card claiming the transaction was unauthorized. The fact the OP is offering to use teamspeak shows that he will not be giving cash to money gram when "paying" your bill |
