The developping skills, probably not. I know a designer that can do some good DESIGN changes, but for the backend script, if there's anything to be done, I can't really say I have any experience. Did you develop this yourself? So I can give you what you can do to make it more striking, and we'll talk about payment for the advertising and marketing.
