if the feature is actually useful and does not break the bitcoin protocol you have 2 options.
1. make a wallet yourself that has the features included
2. submit the code to the bitcoin github and let the dev team look over it and impliment it if it is useful (WITHOUT BREAKING BITCOIN)

the second option is harder, because bitcoin-core is suppose to be just about protecting bitcoin and ensuring the bitcoin protocol is bug free. id suggest option 1, as its easier to implement and gives people an easy choice

You could mix some blocks,but you should explain what you want to do

I don't know much about source codes
But, i think it's very easy if you make a new code based on BTC & Quark Source Codes.

Or you can ask the bitcoin-core developer to add Quark Source Codes into bitcoin-core

Yes. Both are open source. Get the code and go for it.
