It is not normally possible for a buyer to be scammed. Wait a second. You got scammed in less than 5 minutes? That doesn't seem possible. Ask over in the Currency Exchange as I'm sure there are many people who will accept ukash. Use a trusted escrow though. Maybe he sent without escrow as that obviously would screw him. Can you not get in contact with ukash to get your money back or is it unreversible? The page https://anxbtc.com/pages/#/getting-started doesn't mention Ukash at all but only 5 ways (ie. ATM, SEPA, cash deposit, bank wire, bank transfer) to deposit money.
