He claimed to be Cryptology: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=322154 He wanted to sell me an amazon gift card for BTC. I was about to send the BTC then I had a brainwave, I decided to ask him to PM me for proof it was really him, he said he cant login for some reason. I then checked his skype name and that is what confirmed he is an impersonator trying to scam. I have resolved his IP from skype. His IP: 103.15.240.234 (Hopefully staff can match this to an account on here and ban him!) I am just alerting people to be careful and vigilant when dealing on skype, I being a noob that I am nearly fell for it. |
