I heard Tim Draper says he will be bidding, but he might not be keen to pay above market value this time because he lost millions on the last auction. What if his previous auction experience puts off the other bidders from putting in high bids? There is a possibility the coins might go significantly below market. I know everyone was worried about low bids winning last time and it didn't work out like that. It still doesn't stop me worrying about low bids winning this time.
