The W2W fee would come out of the amount I'm sending, so you would receive: $420 - $9.50 = $410.50 I understand that this is significantly less than you are looking for, but it's the best I can do right now. I'll honor this price ($410.50 for 1.2 BTC) for the next 10 hours, until 21:00 CST (GMT-6:00) regardless of what the BitStamp rate is.
