Mintcoin's blockchain is about a gigabyte and the coin is over half a year old. A few weeks after it launched its blockchain was only a few megabytes.

Mintcoin's blockchain is about a gigabyte and the coin is over half a year old. A few weeks after it launched its blockchain was only a few megabytes. That only matters while syncing and you can bootstrap if needed. What matters is how much information is stored in new blocks |
