Title: NYC reserves 100 rooms for homeless, gets banned by hotel Post by: awesome31312 on November 22, 2014, 07:40:24 PM "A New York City hotel was not pleased when it set aside 100 rooms for a “government group” only to find out that scores of homeless people were going to occupy them for more than a week."
If this sounds familiar, that's because it's illegal to feed the homeless in Florida. Why? Because things like homelessness, poverty, sickness, rape, etc is God's will http://rt.com/usa/207475-nyc-hotel-homeless-rooms/ (http://rt.com/usa/207475-nyc-hotel-homeless-rooms/) Title: Re: NYC reserves 100 rooms for homeless, gets banned by hotel Post by: dank on November 23, 2014, 04:12:43 AM Poverty is a result of capitalistic society. Please explain to me how poverty would exist if we had a loved based society that nurtured every individual on this planet?

There are many reasons for poverty, here is a list I've grabbed from Wikipedia. Of course, there could be more. And remove individual liberty. As long as the rooms are paid for and the DHS agree to pay for any room damage if any, I see no issue with them staying. A love base society removes disease, poverty, hunger, homelessness, war, cartels and most else of what you listed. The world is plentiful. If a handful of humans didn't claim ownership - or more accurately, if we didn't acknowledge their claimed ownership of our planet - life would be abundant and enjoyable for all. Remove money and remove fear and we are free. All it takes is unison. I assume your talking about something like the venus project?Remove money and remove fear and we are free. All it takes is unison. One of the many problems with that is who does the crappy work that needs to be done, no one wants to do and robots can’t do? Share it? Doesn't work if it's a one off job. Also there will always be natural leaders in society that will take charge and gain power, intentionally or not. This behaviour is natural and would still happen, this is not influenced by our current society. How would these people be "artificially suppressed"? I assume your talking about something like the venus project?Remove money and remove fear and we are free. All it takes is unison. One of the many problems with that is who does the crappy work that needs to be done, no one wants to do and robots can’t do? No, not at all. The venus project is not what it appears to be. It looks nice and all but humanity's problems stem from humanity's actions. Technology is a gift we abuse and creating higher level of technology without fixing the real source of our problems, us, is a recipe for disaster. We must find peace within our behavior, looking for technology to fix our internal mechanisms is flawed philosophy. Robots and a computer minded society is not what we need. We need to unite as a family and live for our neighbors near and far. Live for energy over matter, work to help as many people as you can to attain the most peace and happiness rather than working to take the most to fulfill the thirst of greed. You can have much more in a world of love than world of greed. When humanity comes together and works collectively as the one being we are, the greatest achievements this planet has yet to see may lay before us. If we created a world of love together, a race for individuals to obtain peace would unfold and the world would become a utopia way quicker than you might imagine. The true limitless technology comes from inside of us. External technology is but a replication of what we can do naturally. To answer your last question, maintaining a sustainable balance is key in the health of a planet. Don't consume what you don't intend to dispose of yourself, this influences people to reduce their carbon footprint. But really, so many unsustainable practices we use today could be replaced by better technology. For example, plastic could be easily made from hemp, as could oil and probably almost anything else you can think of. Henry Ford's first automobile used hemp panels for the body and ran on hemp fuel. The great thing about hemp is that it leaves a negative carbon footprint even when burned, since hemp absorbs so much co2 as it grows. But ultimately, the technology that will enable us to explore galaxies across the universe will not come from machines but from within our consciousness. If we create a positive feedback loop of love, it will amplify forever and quite literally allow us to transcend all internal barriers and defy the force of gravity, freeing us to have complete control over our own realities. The age of manifestation awaits us. Life is but a dream. Let's make this dream a fantasy for everyone. If you can fly in a dream, you can fly on earth. This behaviour is natural and would still happen, this is not influenced by our current society. How would these people be "artificially suppressed"? I don't think there is a need to suppress anyone. You're right, there would still be leaders, but the amount of damage one could do in a less centralized society would be reduced, as there would be no, or much fewer structures of power already in place for them to climb. As for who would clean the toilets, maybe everyone... I don't see that happening anytime soon though, for obvious reasons. |
