Title: Please help me retrieve back my senior bitcointalk account Post by: Vita2 on November 23, 2014, 03:24:51 AM So I'm owner of vitalemontea account and I have recently lost access to it.
I can't remember password, there is no security question set, and email address is wrongly entered as vitalemontea@usa.net instead of correct vitalemontea@usa.com It used to auto-login in my browser but I recently had problem with my HDD and had to reformat. Addresses I can sign: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=215266.msg2264936#msg2264936 In this thread this guy refunds money to my address (13SCx5iS9cLDMbCUACPvfzn7UuTGxYTjMP), now I can't find private keys for that particular address BUT I found private keys to (15GEXsfUU3hexHiArbYmVusYartaVkreqT) which is the address the first address emptied itself to. I can answer random questions about account, like PM contents, what country it was registered at, etc. Please help. He says account recovery is low priority so wait for 2 weeks and if he doesn't respond then PM him again. If that first address can be used to sign then it should work. the password has been created just to do his job .. if you do not have one or you forget it, you can not log in ... always put the password on a usb pen offline ... and maybe in a zip / rar with password on a dropbox ... so you are safe!!! ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) however, I sincerely hope that you manage to recover your account! good luck! I could go to bank and restore access, but instead I just registered new e-mail with this misspelling (it was available) and requested my password using it. I'm not sure may this trick work with vitalemontea@usa.net or not. ok but for online bank account it is not the same!!! bank account do document verification.. you need to send your document to let do bank a verification for bitcointalk registration, docuemnt verification, it is not necessary!!!! |
