Escrow would protect the buyer of your BTC... you know, so you can't run and make a new account after you receive the paypal funds and not send the BTC. It doesn't protect you from chargebacks but neither does them sending first. Careful guys. Stay away from new members who won't send first or use escrow. You'll end up getting scammed or wasting your time.
