The Ann-section in altcoins looks like a trashcan. In altcoins you get outright ponzi shemes offered and 'tripple your bitcoin in 5 minuts' stuff

Is it time to bail and just let it be history? I mean: participants and quality are declining not rising - for months

Altcoins is trash and scams. Bitcoin charts look like shit. The technology is actually clusterfuck, it's pretty fragile and not robust by any means. I think they need more developement but in altcoins it is only lazy people.

I don't believe in society anyways, why should this be working out?

Sell bitcoin, buy ripple and apple stocks?

Yep, at present we are in a speculative quiet period
Just waiting for a spark to move it forward again, same with anything there are periods where its tranquil

Who the heck knows. Perhaps when price action turns around, people will be more enthusiastic. With this long bearish slant there isn't anything spectacular to speak about. We have been in this depression for some weeks now and it seems that people are starting to capitulate because of boredom

Actually, it isn't just the speculation section.

Whole bitcointalk forum has become silence.

Is this a good thing? Doesn't sound better to me a load of newbs wanting to get rich quick bickering over nonsense based on nothing  :D.

Speculation section did get a lot crowded on last bubble.

I understand what you mean by "Buy ripple and apple stocks"

 However, these two things are as far off as can be.  Ripple hasn't even taken off yet, if you buy now, that means you're buying lower than anyone did from the start in 2013 to May 22nd 2014. Ripple is like Apple and Microsoft in 1977.

If you buy Apple now, it's pretty much the most expensive of all time. They split the stock so all the young cool kids can say I love Apple, I even invested in their stock at $115 which really is like $800.  

The "buy signal" for ripple is so far off Apple, you can't even compare it to when we were buying it in 2009 for $75 bucks when Steve Jobs announced he was taking time off to spend with his family after being diagnosed.

Ripple has shown nothing but great engineering.  But if it ever gains any sort of liquidity or utility the sky is the limit.

Apple has shown nothing but their 180 Billion dollars is cash.  The can sit around losing money for the next century and still be around.  All they are going to do now is buy out their competitors.

I noticed the speculation section had a lot less posts after bitcoin started crashing. I expect most regular posters are either trading or watching the charts like a hawk to see how things work out. They might have more time to start posting when bitcoin rallies above $400 again and they can relax.

Don't forget the "suicide" posts in the speculation section.

If this were a genuine article, a wise person would read this before proceeding to buy as many bitcoin as he/she could. I have a feeling this is not a genuine article though, its just too perfect. you think I should buy apple stocks at the top, and sell bitcoin at the bottom? You think bitcoin is dead because sentiment is low? I dont believe anybody could be so fooled by mainstream media.
