Buyer is located in Azerbiajan wanted to buy with resersible funds. Just happens to have a VISA debit card drawn from a US bank account denominated in dollars but doesn't have a PayPal account.

Had no problem with Wnd purchasing a online radio program subscription for me, smooth transaction, worked great as the price was listed in EURO's, and I'm here in the US.   What he does with the BTC's I sent him isn't my concern, you can find our transaction discussed in the OP thread link here.

Well - this guy has still failed to return my coins. This guy is pretty flakey and/or a scammer. Do not trade with him.

This scammer went to the lengths to create false paypal invoice, and I've swallowed it.
16BTC handed over on a plate to a blotter swallower.
