Bitcoin as a new home for HYIPs/Surfs, very nice idea! I will definitely upgrade, the plan is very reasonable and I hope that it will be a fair game unlike the current massive amount of SCAMs using conventional money.

Is this a PTC site? I was thinking about creating a Bitcoin PTC site a while ago.

Is this a PTC site? I was thinking about creating a Bitcoin PTC site a while ago.

Its an auto surf site with ptc features.

Also just a quick notice to all members who have signed up far,
please make sure you add your ad credits to the sites you have
submitted for rotation.

Failure to do so well result in your site NOT being shown in the surf rotator,
all sites submitted so far have been approved !

I think there s a problem when starting the auto-surf mode.It initiates with "Bitcoin randomizer pre-launch" page and then crashes.

I never understood what purpose these sites have. Nonetheless, this site uses Bitcoins, so I've just signed up so you can now also use me as referrer (http://btcsurf.com/?ref=9) ;D

All pricing is in BTC and not USD.

I think he means because there is two people with 1 post here on the forums. Pretty slim evidence that you are sockpuppeting, but us bitcoiners are known to be paranoid  ;D

Great site btw, you beat me to it :)

Ok, I registered but I'm pretty clueless about a few things and hope that you could answer them..

1) I have to register a website, which will give other people credits for visiting.. Where does that money come from, do I have to pay people to be able to get some?
2) I think you wrote that I wasn't allowed to have other ads on my dummy website, why would that matter?
3) How many credits is 1 BTC? If I'm browsing for 0.8 credit per 12sec it would be nice to know..

1) When you register on the site you are asked for your first website to be advertised in the surf rotator,
upon login to your account for the first time you will need to surf 5 sites to activate your account and to receive
200 ad credits signup bonus.

You then assign these credits to the websites you have submitted for the surf rotator,
when you site is shown to other members 1 credit is deducted for each view you site receives,
while members viewing the sites earn credits for each site they view.

2) You are free to have ads on your site but not the type which is mentioned on the signup form
ie:  "Popups Or Popunders, Flying Ads, NO Frame Breakers" etc

3) Credits are only used for the purposes of advertising your websites and nothing else,
to earn daily rebates you will need to upgrade and purchase a min of 1 Ad Share Pack to earn,
although this not required, so if you choose to remain a free member you will still be able to earn
1% from purchases made by your referrals.

I just figured out the answer for your first question  - "Where does that money come from ?" .
0.8 credit is generated for viewing or hitting one page but 1.0 credit is required for getting a single hit to any user's page.

The difference 1.0-0.8=0.2 credit goes the admin.

I think this the potential difference which drives it.If someone puts  money externally into it to increase probability of showing his/her ads, then it also becomes part of the credit-exchange system of btcsurf .

Soo.. (@ #3), the credits can only be spent on your site to buy page views. There is no benefit of sitting and viewing 500 of them unless you plan to advertise?
i.e. you can't use this to get actual BTC..

Title: Re: Introducing: btcsurf.com in soft launch
Post by: spndr7 on May 18, 2011, 08:55:11 PM
I think credits can be sold also in case a person A wants 1000 hits from different users. Person B can sell can make reference to person A's webpage and sell his credits as 1000 hits.

Just tried to register, and it seemed to be successful, but trying to login, I get "Invalid login details!"

Oops, I pasted it wrong. No problems on your end. :)

Its seems your not understanding the concept,
members can earn btc as a free or upgraded member.

Free members can only earn by taking part in the referral
program which offer 1% referral commission from upgrade
purchases made by your referrals.

Upgraded members who purchase Ad Share Packs
are required to earn 15 credits per day in order to receive
2% daily R.O.A, the Ad Share Packs matures when the share
has yielded 200% upgraded members also 2% referral commissions
from upgrade purchases made by your referrals.

Please note:
To all members who have signed up recently,
you need to assign credits to the websites you have submitted
as your website are not being shown to others,
so please ensure you allocate the desired amount of credits
to your websites other wise your sites will continue not being shown !!

Disappointed to see a lack of PTC links yet. Are you making these affordable to advertisers? You should make the cost for inclusion in this section variable, with links displayed in order of profitability...

Unfortunately no ptc ads have been snapped up yet,
when some have been purchased they will available
to click within the members area.

I was considering buying an ad pack (guess I would have been the first, since it showed 0 upgraded members)... now the site just vanishes. Glad I didn't waste my bits :-|
