I won't pay market rate, but I'm willing to spend $145 for 0.41434 BTC. According the the MoneyGram website, the fee they would charge to send to you in Nepal would be $11. Therefore the amount you would receive would be $134. MoneyGram uses an exchange rate of 1 USD = 97.846900 NPR so you would be picking up approximately 3,111.49 NPR (depending on exact MoneyGram fees and USD to NPR exchange rate at the time of the transaction).
