Um... the only switch would be on your PSU. You sure you have a proper PSU to power the SP20? You sure the PSU actually works? You sure you plugged in the 4 PCI-e connectors properly?

If in correct spots I suggest using electrical tape to keep it in place. You really don't want your metal piece falling out (assuming you used metal piece and not switch).
