Where does it say that? ( found it now in the api docs, not in the faucet script >:() The admin interface is pretty well designed. Normally it does not allow incompatible values. As an example i cannot set a lower time limit than 15 minutes. So it is set to 15 minutes. Setting a payout of 500000 was no problem. Edit: just saw it in the api documentation. It should be 99% for 0 Satoshi, but 1 Satoshi is the minimum that can be set. It is a symbolic prize. The point is that this is not a normal faucet. It is a lottery. A fun project. For example on dice games you have to bet your money. Here you can try for free. And of course no one will promote it for the 1 Satoshi. But for the wins. The higher your prizes, the more traffic you will get and the more affiliates will promote your site (growing traffic even more) and that means you make more from the ads. I am a big faucet marketer and I have no plans to promote this faucet because of the 1 satoshi prize. I understand your point but I think it still needs some tweaking to get a good following.
