I have banned forever? who can give me advice?

Look at all the previous posts you made. Most are short or looking for freebies.. some would say you were sig spamming.

You created a new account and joined a sig campaign right away and make posts like: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg9651105#msg9651105 - Don't do this or you will be banned again.

The first ban is usually a time ban.


Id advice you to stop evading your ban [1] as this might result in a permanent ban.

Appealing via the email provided is probably a waste of time so I'd just wait for a response from BadBear, but using an alt account to post anywhere outside of Meta will likely be considered ban evasion.

I think it is actually pretty rare that BadBear actually responds to these kinds of threads. It has been said that the actions by the moderators tend to be anon to prevent them from being harassed from people they have taken action against.

If you look at the post history then you can see that most of his posts are what I think should be considered to be spam. He also seems to have a very high post count when compared to the fact that he has a paid signature would lead me to say that he was signature spamming and was banned as a result.

I think he probably replies to these ban threads more often than not, but it's only really him that will consider unbanning someone, but it's pretty much common knowledge that BadBear is responsible for handling the bans and all requests related to it anyway.

And it probably is for low quality posts under a signature, but that doesn't answer his question of if the ban is permenant (which it usually isn't unless prior warnings have been given) and likely only BadBear can answer that unless theymos does but even he may not know the full details behind a specific case.
