Title: My Portfolio finally hit l337 level lol Post by: alumar on November 28, 2014, 01:13:12 AM SO in 2008 I was working for Anheuser-Busch Inc. which was purchased by Inbev. In the buyout my retirement and investments was cashed out (as I took the buyout option). Considering I was 29 at the time I only had saved up 42k ...which a few thousand I paid off some bills and invested 36k in stocks, much against nearly everyone I talked to. (given the time ... December of 2008, just after LB and others failed..)
