Hello,

I've found that my blockchain wallet send funds twice without my permission. Please help. How can I prevent wallet from send without permission.

Please I need help. So every time I receive money, it send to unknown addresses without my permission!!!  :'(

It* doesn't sends itself. This means that a hacker or someone has access to your wallet somehow. If you have any more funds in that wallet, I'd suggest move them to a safer wallet and stop using that wallet.

Should I close this wallet ID or just change the password. I'm really confused!

They already breached in your blockchain wallet twice, which means they would now have Private keys of all the addresses there too. I think you should make a new wallet and move your funds there asap. Also, scan your PC for malware/virus. If possible do a clean OS install and start to use one of the desktop wallets, which are much safer but if you must use blockchain, make sure you have 2fa enabled.

It's a multi-pronged approach, as you don't actually know the method the thief has been using to access your account; first, obviously change your blockchain.info password. Probably not the route of attack, since they seem to strike as soon as there are coins availabke ti be stolen, but it can't hurt.

Next, create a new wallet and new addresses. There's the potential that someone else is in possession of your wallets private key, meaning that whenever coins are sent to that address, they are in control of them. Consider using Bitcoin the way that Satoshi envisioned, with each address only being used for a single transaction, rather than storing all of your coins in a single address.

Next, clean up your PC, virus scans, malware scans, etc.

If you're storing significant amounts on the blockchain, then you may want to consider a dedicated Linux or BSD machine tp use ONILY when transacting in Bitcoin... May not be worth the expense and headache if your losses are only $50 or $100, but if your losses are more than that, or if you anticipate wanting to store more and more via bitcoin, then owning a secure means of accessing them should be a given.

It still transfer any funds from the wallet even when I change the password and email address. Something wrong! How can I trust any other wallet again!!!!

might be a good idea to give blockchain.info a break for a while, i'd also wipe my whole computer and start a fresh but thats just me

The hacker already has your private keys. Create a new wallet and a new address. Send all your funds away as quickly as you can. Don't bother securing your old account, it's gone.

Can we move on from blockchain.info thefts now? You used TOR without understanding it. Now at least you can use Blockchain's onion site and not understand it but still be safe.

Yes! and every time coins received, It automatically sent!!!! I've changed to another wallet.

He is lucky because I don't know what is my private key yet! I've opened a new wallet and hope it doesn't happen again :(

1. Do you ever use online vanity addy service ?
2. Do you have good security on your pc ?
3. Do you use internet cafe or private pc ?

My guess is you download something but you dont realize that was danger for you.
Scan your pc with good antivirus , then make new wallet again with new email.
