If anyone would sell me btc in exchange for my card that would be greatly appreciated. For transaction I will need photo of Id and btc as I will do the same.

I am fairly certain that green dot can be reversed as I believe they accept direct deposit. I really don't see any reason why you would want their photo ID for this transaction other then to try to steal someone's identity. Otherwise it's not worth the risk, especially if you are selling at full price and being a new member here.. :-\
