Edit: Here's my review of this method. Nothing special about it. If you make the wagering requirement you get to keep the bonus and whatever is left of your deposit. If you don't make it, you lose your deposit and don't earn anything. It's NOT Risk-Free.

Weird! OP registered this new account and posted his first one intending to earn referral bonus I assumed. Then he haven't shown up since then. He probably had the feeling he would fail.

You can create more than one account.  As long as it's not used to deceive for other bad purposes.
