Dare to dive into the raging markets of BTCitcoin. Going from bull to bear then back to bull all in only 1 day. "Mazuma" (Hebrew slang for money) represents all that Bitcoin is in today's market climates, and is the first of only 10 physical BTCitcoins i will be making for the 2015 calender year.

At 8" round and 2" thick Mazuma weighs in at just over 12 pounds and is carved from the highest grade Purpleheart wood a person can ever get their hands on. This high grade Purpleheart only comes from the top 3 or 4 feet of trees that exceed 160 foot tall and contains the highest resin concentration of Purpleheart wood which leads it to turning the deepest "crown royal" purple color you will ever find.

When freshly cut the heartwood of Purpleheart is a  dull grayish/purplish brown. Upon exposure the wood becomes a deeper eggplant purple. With further age and exposure to UV light, the wood becomes a dark brown with a hint of purple. The high grade Purpleheart that Mazuma is made of has a super high resin content that leaves it more purple than others after aging. This piece was freshly cut and worked by hand so it still has 5-10 years to fully age to its darkest color but will start to show its deep royal purples within the next week or two.

Mazuma can be hung on a wall, framed in a shadowbox or displayed on a pedestal or desk. Once sold, the purchaser can tell me how they intend to display it and i will prepare it for display.

For an extra .25BTC i will carve your bitcoin address and/or QR code into the reverse side of the coin as well as carve out a recess if you would like to store the private key to that address.

The buyer will receive a CoA (certificate of authenticity) from me usually within 1-2 weeks of receiving the artwork. As many of you who have bought my art already know, i use Bitcoin technology and Vanity addresses on my CoA's and it can take up to 2 weeks to generate the desired result.

Each of the 10 coins i make for the 2015 year will have a different design, and if you would like to request something special for your own coin design or a special denomination you may feel free to contact me and i can make sure that 1 of the 9 remaining is designed with you in mind.

Holy hell that is gorgeous. If I wasn't such a cheap bastard, I'd be all over this. To confirm: I just says "One Bitcoin" on it, but it doesn't come with any coin, right?

Also, your links are broken. I'm dying to see your "other Bitcoin artworks."

Correct it just says one bitcoin, If the buyer wants to fund it, i can carve the address and QR code into the reverse of the coin for an extra .25 BTC as well as a cove where they can stash the private key when it arrives to them like a normal physical bitcoin.

I will do the prep work for however you want to display it, but if you want to put it in a shadow box (if that is what you meant by display box) you will have to have one made locally. I will attach the pins for it to be mounted in a shadow box, or a bracket if you want to display it on a stand or desk, or the hangars if you want to mount it on the wall. But not a shadowbox as that requires more time, wood, carving.

How much is shipping to Germany?

I am ready to pay now, I would hope that Woodcutter honors his auction rules of finishing at 12pm. I was limited to post again for another 360 seconds and would have continued bidding had i known the time was flexible.

I hate these snipping competitions and I don't want to cause any animosity. It is up to OP if bidding stops before 12:00:00 or 12:00:59 EST. I have seen auctions run both ways. I honestly thought that OP's last call was to encourage any remaining bids until he called a winner in the auction. 

Ok, i wasnt aware of the IP posting limits restricting posts on auctions, i guess for the next one i will have to post that if there is a bid within the last 5 minutes it will extend the auction by 5 minutes.

Are you using escrow?

I was just going to send it directly. Why, is there a reason to be concerned? If this is a scam, it is a pretty elaborate scam. I am only waiting on some mining share payments to come in so I can send the full amount at once.

I would always use an escrow. Not that big of a hassle and it could save you a lot, in the event that the deal goes badly. Better safe than sorry.

I have never denied escrow if requested, but also never had anyone request, i have had dozens of transactions and never an issue, some of them VERY large, in excess of 30BTC for art pieces. You are correct about better safe then sorry, and normally i apply that rule myself, but i tend to exclude "the good 'ole boys" club from that as it is easy to see with little effort who is here to stay and honest and cares about their reputation and who is likely to rip you off.

If you would like to use escrow i am fully ok with it so long as its with a trusted member of "the good 'ole boys club" (John K, Blazedout, OGNasty, etc) and you pay the fee if you feel its necessary.
