I wish alt coin giveaways were allowed though, seeing that people launch everything on this forum. Need to have a re-look at the rules imho. I would love to create giveaway threads for alt coins too :) I think the reason why alt coin giveaways aren't allowed is because alt coins would just be spammed on a bitcoin forum. Also, alt coins are bad for bitcoin, because the more alt coins, the slower we are to using just bitcoin on the internet. Most people don't read rules because they are not stickied, and there is not a sheet of official rules. The mods should sticky "the unofficial official rules of bitcointalk" thread in my opinion.
