Title: Spondoolies SP10 fake update? 2.5.33-I_am_actually_SP20
Post by: etaSJ on December 05, 2014, 03:00:11 PM
Hi,

My first post here (was reading for a while), I just saw on 2 of my SP1s that there is a new upgrade.  Seems fishy.  Anyone has any experience with it?  ???

Anyone else seeing it?

Thanks,
Eta.

Seeing the same thing on 3 SP10s.  I assume it is just a bug in the update check process and have ignored it.

Now it's gone, you still see it in the manual list if you ask for it.

Hello,

I had updated my sp10 with 2.5.33 :(
Then I update to 1.5.10, as they recommend on spoondoolies website. Now I cant get access to settings for "factory reset". It just show a white screen, when im in "settings".  ???
Anyone else, that got the same problem or someone with a solution for that??

Kind regards.  :)

Sounds like you need to do a recovery from a mircoSD card then re-upgrade to  1.5.10. http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/technical-blog/13098521-sp10-sp2x-sp3x-recovery-sd-card-boot-sd-card-creation-instructions

Okay thanks man! :)
Do you got experience with recovery from SD-card before??
I'm not very good at computer, so is there something I have to be aware of? I just dont want to destroy the miner.
