Why are (most) prices at or higher than retail?

Prices are based on CDKeys, I can however gift games on steam for a +$3.75 markup if you wish. I'm more than willing to use an escrow. CDKeys should be cheaper in general, unless there's a sale on steam (see South Park Stick of Truth)
