Withdrawal is currently impossible at least from the account in question. Multiple withdraw requests were submitted the last few days and nothing.

SatoshiDice and Satoshislots are all operated by the same people. They got lousy support. Personally, I will not recommend you to play there, esp. SatoshiCircle of the 3.
