I can suggest you one thing if I'm welcome to do that, and it's that can you create an App for the same instead of making page and asking people for liking it? There are different scenarios which may happen in different cases, it's like you will need to ask you friends first to join, then you will ask them to ask their friends to join, and it will completely depend on their mood whether they will even do that much effort for you or not... Based on my experience, I can say that Apps service or a webpage on FB service receive far more better results than any pages now, because there's nothing new to creating pages, as you can search on FB and you will see 100s of pages out there claiming to be a big BTC community and not even having more than 100 likes...
