Things that make me feel comfortable that they won't shut up shop and run away with my bitcoins.

So a solid guy backing it from the Bitcoin Talk forum would be nice, or a link to a decent sized wallet they have. Also the longer they have been around the better I feel. Plus good and fast customer service if any issues occur is a bonus, and a sign up bonus is always nice :)

I think what most of the dice sites lack are a better house edge and speed

Many dice sites are very very slow and lag especially on auto bot

1. Faucet / Free Bitcoin
2. Have flexibility to set the bet
3. Provably Fair
4. Have auto-bot
5. Fast roll response

point 2 and 3 are the most important to me!

First of all the design needs to be nice. It has to be subtle so it doesn't hurt your eyes after longer sessions. It has to look warm and friendly (for example i really like diggit.io design).
A chat box is a must preferably with tip options.
Ability to see stats of myself and other users. (there can be an option to block others from seeing them if you so desire)
Instant withdrawals and max 1 confirm deposits.
Simple to use betting. Example: No need to click accept after changing ods, etc.

Ordering from most important to less important:
1. Trustworthiness
2. A good provably fair mechanism (for example, not using the bet server time that is easy to be manipulated)
3. House edge
4. Smooth and not laggy
5. Good support from staff

Most of the sites use SHA outputs of a server seed, nonce and client seed to generate the bet results. That way, you can prove the site doesn't control or change the bet results. Or in other words, if they change the bet results, the bettors will notice the cheating.

A good autobot would be great. A lot of  autobots do not configure well, having more functionality would be good.

Exactly the same with me. They need to show trustability and reliability over time. I don't understand why people even bother with half of these new casinos that pop up. Why take the risk?

Trustworthiness, high availability of the web site, safe wallets, a few better (established) altcoins as payment options, little or no lagging and some investment options.

Extremely fast support and Super fast cashouts(if not instant cashouts). I wouldnt even deposit in a website that takes more than 12 hours to make a payment since they take zero seconds to accept a payment and its so hard to win

Basically primedice but with more giveaways. Roulette I don't know, I would like more online slots with better design with a small house edge to be available.

I don't play roulette as it is just the same game as dice under the hood, but with a much higher house edge.

I look for a dice site that is actually a legal and licensed company but still upholds the values(especially simplicity) of the bitcoin dicing scene.
Even though the big sites are majorly trusted by the community, the owners are still people with hidden identity that host illegal gambling.
With that in the back of my mind, I can never get myself to trust those sites. That leaves me with fortunejack as the only opportunity, though
fortunejack is way too clustered and doesn't identify with the bitcoin community values at all.
To make it short: None of the current sites fulfill the values that i look for in a bitcoin dicing site :/
