Title: Poll locked to account or IP? Post by: Muhammed Zakir on December 09, 2014, 12:45:04 PM I have found the polls which I voted opens after my IP changes. So why is it like that? OR does it open if the OP adds a new option? ??? Thanks! :)

Ofcourse, I voted 2 times on the same poll but then I stopped voting twice as it may be against the BT rule. P.S.
