Title: BITMAIN Products
Post by: bgibso01 on December 09, 2014, 10:46:09 PM
Is there a distributor here in the states?  While the price with coupons is decent, the shipping makes it a no sale. YMMV, but the shipping doesn't work for me on the S3+, C1 or the S4.

If you buy a large batch, say 20 they waive shipping. If you can purchase this much email yoshi@bitmaintech.com. I got (25) S3+ for $200 each shipped, but you have to buy large quantity.

Sorry tech changes quickly.  I've already moved on to SP20 and S5.

Do yourself a favor and just stick with the Spondoolies-Tech SP20.   They have some great deals going right now and include shipping (including a Group Buy going on right now, $500 for 1.7TH shipped i believe!)

If Tech support is needed (not likely) they will actually help you...try getting support from bitmain -- they make it such a pain that you want to give up.

You mean like the 100s of Bitmain customers who get help every day? Ps, why was there so many blank lines after the end of your post?

dogie making stuff up again...

bitmain janet i welcome your arrival...

Thank you for your reconsideration of the matter.

Unfortunately you seem to have overlooked the three (3) blades that were also part of the same issue. Valued by BITMAIN  China at 100USD each.

Also, if we had closed the matter in June as agreed, then the June BTC value would indeed be acceptable.

Instead you opted to cause us all much frustration & financial burden up until now, where the BTC value is less than half of what it was when you could/should have ended the matter.

As such i implore you to re-calculate the full refund value of 260 + 230 + 100 + 100 + 100 = 790 USD in todays BTC price.

This will be acceptable & i will agree that the matter is closed. I will also post my appreciation on each thread to remove the aforementioned tarnish.

I am regretful it has taken so long and so many posts to finally come close to a reconciliation, but i welcome the opportunity.

Sincerely,

Edgar

Thanks Janet.  I've already ordered a couple from Bitmain site.  Should have them Tuesday along with a couple of SP20 units.  FYI, BM shipping costs hurt sales.  They should go back to including shipping and adjusting the prices every few days.  The S3, S4 & C1s haven't been adjusted all month.

They do both extremes.  I've had an S4 unit where one chip doesn't even show up.  After numerous emails, Yoshi went silent.  On the other hand, I've had bad S-1 controller that was bad and Bitmain shipped a replacement from CO as soon as I supplied a tracking number for the one I was sending back.

Dogie, your help has been less than stellar since taking on the job as mouthpiece for BM.  Some of your comments and suggestions have been out in left field.  I've enjoyed your guides and found them helpful. But I haven't found your BM job nearly as relevant.
