Is l ive chat in gambling sites important? Why should one include it in making a betting site?


And can anyone tell me what are the dice sites that has a live chat as active as Primedice?

Very important. If there is a community to talk to while betting, it makes it much more fun. For example, I go on luckyb.it, just to talk, and eventually I make a bet just for some fun. It brings back business and makes the experience a lot more fun.

Well I know nitrogensports.eu (https://nitrogensports.eu/r/38745) has an active chat. But I didn't try any other sites besides betcoinsports (http://betcoinsports.com/) (which doesn't have a chat), so I couldn't compare it to others ;)

I think that Nitrogen is the only site with chat and that includes fiat books.

Foe me, it is something good to have but not essential.
To the players, it makes the gambling process more fun.
To the site, it makes the players spend more time on the site and at the same time makes them gamble more bitcoin. Also, they are more likely to come back next time.

I think almost all dice sites have live chat. How much active they are shows how many players visit that site everyday and on basis of that you can judge the popularity of the site. It is very important for the site owners as well as players because a mod/admin can solve minor problems right their on the live chat without the need for the players to open a ticket.

And also it becomes a hangout and you can meet and get to know different players and their strategies etc.

The best aspect of a chat from my perspective is to be able to get response from a support person directly. If there is a site-wide chat they can't really ignore you or be slow to reply or it will look really bad.

The bad aspect is people in general tend to behave not so great when they are anon.

Its important as it helps creates a community on the site.
But I think that unless the site is famous, it will just be a dead chat.

Some of the reasons people choose X gambling site over Y, is the community. Primedice has a great chat, with peoplealways there, and you eventually get to know them. Same with luckyb.it, I see the same people on there, and I like to talk to them once a day or so, and that is the reason I keep coming back to it. Also, sometimes I just come there to chat, but eventually after seeing all the bets, I make a bet, effectively bringing business and making me use there project. If I were to run a gambling site, this would be the first thing I would add. It is completely necessary.
