You have 50 applicants for a job and you are frustrated by the upcoming chain of interviews? Using Resumeo you can send your applicants a request to conduct a video interview, adding substantial questions to the description of the position.
Applicants conduct interviews by recording the answers using a web camera or a smartphone. You look through the video answers whenever and wherever you wish, and you will only require internet connection, a computer or a smartphone.
Using Resumeo you can choose applicants who are actually suitable for the job and spare more time to meet them in person.

At the moment, a pre-beta version is running. What does this mean?

It means that some services are not available and bugs are possible. Video cannot be recorded using mobile devices. Also at the last moment, it was discovered that the Firefox browser does not save files larger than 1 Mb.
A user of the beta version has 5 active interviews per months available and an unlimited number of responses from the candidates.

The beta version is totally free. The beta version is an introduction to the service and not intended for the actual use.


For the moment Resumeo is a commercial entity by the form of ownership.

• Resumeo-shares are common shares issued for 10% of the resumeo service.
• Dividends are paid on the 30th of every month starting from March 1st, 2015.
• Dividends are attributed only to the shares being in the Resumeo Shares wallet no less than 24 hours and available for Block Explorer verification.
• Dividends are not attributed to the shares in exchange wallets.
• Dividends are attributed provided that there is a net profit.
• Dividents are attributed in Bitcoin.

Why we decided to remove and erase RMS coins floating around?
Answer is quite simple - we plan to reduce the amount of RMC in free circulation, before replacing the real stocks, and increase the stock's revenue.



What does this mean?

This means that the Resumeo team does not and will not have access to Bitcoins. Bitcoins will be transferred to the account of developers only on request, placed in a public thread on bitcointalk (done after the IPO). The request will specify a destination and amount.

For example - the payment of salaries of programmers in January

1. Developer 1 - equivalent 2BTC
2. Developer 2 - equivalent 3BTC
3. Coder - equivalent 1.5BTC

Total - 6.5BTC


Bitcoins collected at IPO will be used exclusively for the service development, including but not limited to

• Design
• Marketing
• Salaries for web-developers

Every first week of the month following IPO, financial reports including information on allocation of Bitcions collected at IPO, will be posted on the service web site.

LOL yes I want to dump my middlefingercoin that I mined fairly. Good luck with this but I think it is overpriced and would never buy an ICO hosted on c-cex. As far as I know 100% of ICOs on c-cex have been complete scams.

C-Cex is one of the less trusted platform in my book but credit to RMS for making the deal on not releasing all the ico at once.

Great news from our Sales Department - we've already signed first five contracts with building companies.
A bit of information: a single contract for service distribution in Poland, and four contracts for the use of Service.

Contacts are signed with building companies, as building sphere is currently on a rise in Ukraine and Easter Europe. Our next step is to sign another five contracts with trading companies in Eastern Europe. Also, we're negotiating future deal with two large-scaled recruitment agencies.

Sure. By design this is a 100% premine scam. Developer is able to buy any amount of coin from himself. He gets that money back so it is it basically free minus whatever fee is paid to the escrow. You have to pay full price for your coins though.

C-cex backing them up, they have their identities since the very start so if they made a run I guess C-cex would be able to expose the ids. I know they are from Ukraine.

Funny how they have 0 volume on c-cex and they still doesnt warn them.

If the project is alive why do you risk people losing coins and not provide some nodes for such a long time ? Wallet is barely sync-ing with one active node.

I see the website is still on and working even faster then before so I take for granted that work is actually being done.

I am looking forward to see the transition once this goes up on the stock market. This is truly a hidden gem in my opinion even if there is some heavy silence things are still moving forward I have no doubt.

Hi guys. Some info about Resumeo.

• We launched Resumeo (https://resumeo.com.ua/)  in Ukraine almost a week ago. Right now RESUMEO is going through the test phase in one of the largest ukrainian banks. Also, we received an offer from local authorities to integrate RESUMEO services as a part of governmental IT-structure in Odessa.
• We're launching Resumeo.me in Poland this month - currently finishing localization and dealing with various legal aspects. If everything goes as intended, our project will be launched during the next week.
  
• Some info regarding the RMS - we're definitely going to fulfill our obligations (as described in the corresponding thead), all the shareholders will receive their share from Resumeo income.
  
  However, we're not connected with traders in any possible way, and cannot predict the changes in RMS prices (will it rise or fall). RMS were intended as a kickstarter (launch point) to start the project' development, and partially fulfilled their goals.
  
  Also, I cannot tell if we're going to launch another coins to support the Resumeo - a dozen of following month should make the things clear.
• RMS shares are going to be converted into real-world shares - but only after the registration of joint stock company. As for now, Resumeo is a subject of private entrepreneurship, and will remain in this state until we choose the country, which will suit our interests (tax rates, friendly small-business environment, and some other conditions).
  
  We're located in Ukraine, so private enterpreneurship is the best choice for us right now (we pay 4% of total income, if it is not exceeding the 900K USD / year).
  
  By the time of IPO launch 20M RMS were on sale - and this amount corresponede to 10% of rela-world Resumeo shares. Nearly a half of tis sum hasn't been sold, and expurged by Stock Exchange afterwards. It means that we have only 10M RMS left in rotation. We're still to decide how to adapt it - as 10% or as 5% for the remaining sum (Simple calculations: 10M is exactly the 5%).
  
  Right now we're deeply entangled in the project development and user testing with very little time left until the launch redline - so this question is still to be discussed and decided.

RESUMEO is functioning as a service for less than a two weeks, and it's too early to speak about payments and dividents to RMS holders. We're going to launch RMS fork as soon as project will achieve self-sustainability.

We're going to:

1. set the minimum fee and POS to support the Network operability;
2. freeze the final quantity of coins in rotation at 9.188.302 items. (Remaining stock hasn't been sold was destroyed afterwards);
3. update the Wallet: the exact amount of coins in your Wallet could be retrieved by server, and the calculation of dividents & bonuses will be based upon this number (as it was stated in annual Terms & Conditions). This will allow us to make payments to RMS holders (even before the registration of joint-stock company).

Are payments made in RMS?

I mean will you buy from the market and distribute them to who ever is holding their coins in their wallet?

Dividends are not attributed to the shares in exchange wallets.
Dividends are attributed provided that there is a net profit.
Dividents are attributed in Bitcoin.

So basically people who keep their coins in their wallet will receive direct bitcoins as dividends from the profit. Maybe you need to be more clear on this.

-Will we have to keep our coin in our wallet?
-How will  bitcoins be distributed ( will it be trough the wallet ? if so how? will there be a feature that will allow bitcoin sent to the wallet or something like that?)

Silently running , thats great their making real progress backed by a real business. These kind of coins could really be profitable for the long term. They are legit!
