I have an idea for a Tor based service but I don't possess the necessary skills to develop it myself. I can create basic html, css based websites on tor hosted by freedom hosting which is good for a small site (Few pages etc) but doesn't have the features I require such as Escrow, accounts, feedback system etc. As I don't have the skills myself but the capital. I'm wanting to hire someone to do the work for me. You will be paid anonymously in bitcoins for this project and the work will be ongoing. I believe it would not be possible to do that with just a basic web hosting package; you would need a VPS or Dedicated Server. I think zant will have to find a coder, and a security/pen tester. Cause you want to make sure one the code doesn't have any obvious bugs that will allow people to gain entrance into controlling the bitcoind, or two access to the hot wallet file. This is what takes a deep understanding of linux, bitcoind, and php security. This may even take 2 VPS or dedicated depending on the level of security. It isn't an easy task and it will be a website entirely hosted on the hidden web first and then clearnet afterwards. It needs escrow Logins/accounts Feedback Items buying selling Classifieds. I've talked to some people, but nobody with the right skillset for it. After a while, I figure I would solve my problem faster by learning how to code myself.
