I don't normally do this but I seriously think somebody should DDOS their site out of existence so they can't scam more people and they will, just with the governments approval.

At least we can get our refund back. BFL can still focus designing the new model ASIC miners for us using their expertise on this area. Their operation is under court'r supervision that will make us a little comfort when we are dealing with BFL.

Feel sorry for the people who had orders with them and still have orders with them that are never to get processed. Shocked to see they have been allowed to return to open business and I find that very interesting to see they have allowed them to conduct illegal business and wrong doings to customers.

I'm still awaiting a bankruptcy declaration Then everyone raging at that and saying seriously where is the Bitcoins from 2012 onwards then we know you mined them lol.
