#2 considering the amount of fuckups bc.i has provided, stay away from them!

Yes. The idea behind printing paper wallets is that it's Private Keys are known to only you and nobody else which is why it is preferred you print you paper wallets off-line. Read about cold storage as much as you can and you'll yourself understand why blockchain/coinbase paper wallets are not safe at all.

normal paper wallet whose private keys created offline by "bitcoin-core wallet".

Any other online wallet is just a time bomb waiting to be exploded.

I would suggest fragmented armory paper wallet. To restore the original wallet you need (for example) 3 of 5 fragments. It is cool feature.

What's wrong in creating an address offline with bitaddress.org ?

There's nothing wrong with it, as long as you download and use the source code off-line. But if your machine is infected with a malware or something it could transmit the private keys when you go on-line. Which is why I prefer to make paper wallets on a machine that stays off-line.

Better to make paper wallets from offline machines. Why? Because if ever the machine that you used is infected by a malware, it could transmit your privkeys and will make it more vulnerable and prone to hacks.

i agree with both post here best way is to use offline machines to generate a paper wallet with a strong private key ..keep two or 3 copy in a different location.
