Was not talked about too much but was on national news claimed Bitcoin was #4 on Google most search list for 2014 which i think is pretty big news... it did lose to Ebola though but still #4 on google search :-)

Edit: it was the search term with "what is in front of it"

More and more people want to learn about it when its on tv news stations generally there is a price spike because major news hits millions of people.

BTC is spreading much faster than Ebola.
2015 is certain to be a great year for Bitcoin.   :)

I am trying to find it now... It was on the goodmorning show this morning when i was just waking up but cant seem to find the video of it online...

Unless more merchants begin also paying employees in Bitcoin, 2015 will bring more headlines about sinking ships and lost chances.

tanking price does not indicate fall of bitcoin.

When early adopters can't spend their BTC without taking a loss, that is the fall of bitcoin.

It's the trend.

Consumers are not going to go out and buy bitcoins so they can spend them at places that already accept fiat. The extra step is awkward and unneeded. The only solution is to balance the scales by encouraging adoption on the payroll side of the equation. Otherwise, be prepared to watch the price spiral lower.

A lot of people are trying to find out what Bitcoin actually is.
When these people actually start buying/transacting in Bitcoin, it will be good for the crypto economy.
