Title: Domain Name: 4SiPhone.com Post by: theboss on June 24, 2012, 03:32:08 PM Up for sale is the domain name 4SiPhone.com
One of the best phones on the market is Apple's iPhone 4s. There could be many uses for a high search domain name like this one. Domain name will be transferred from GoDaddy and may take up to a few days to complete the full transfer to/from domain providers. http://i45.tinypic.com/2z6w1hu.png Starting an auction to begin a good buyer/seller rep on here! Very clever. lol The domain has been owned by me before Apple ever announced the iPhone 4S so I assume there is no fault here ??? Very clever. lol The domain has been owned by me before Apple ever announced the iPhone 4S so I assume there is no fault here ??? The 4S is superfluous. iPhone is a registered trademark. Any site in that domain that gets any traction whatsoever will make them notice it and take it away from you/the owner. No trial. They just do it. If you wish you can fight the decision, but you'll have to shell out $2k for it and most likely you'll not get the domain back. Trademarks on domain names are a no-no ;) Title: Re: Domain Name: 4SiPhone.com Post by: theboss on June 24, 2012, 11:00:14 PM Selling a domain that includes a trademark... Apple has yet to take it from me since I've owned it so we will see.
