One of the best phones on the market is Apple's iPhone 4s. There could be many uses for a high search domain name like this one. Any site in that domain that gets any traction whatsoever will make them notice it and take it away from you/the owner. No trial. They just do it. If you wish you can fight the decision, but you'll have to shell out $2k for it and most likely you'll not get the domain back.
