Title: Funds won't transfer from slush to Electrum
Post by: dapinkbat on December 17, 2014, 05:18:58 PM
Hello,

New to the game of mining.  I purchased an SP-35 Yukon with built-in CG miner software that is managed through the web console.  My wallet has been establish via Electrum and Slush is my mining community of choice.  One of the five wallet addresses that Electrum created has been placed into the bitcoin address category of my account in Slush's pool.  I have been mining since last night and have acquired 0.02778081 in confirmed reward.  Is there a reason why the bitcoin is not being moved to my wallet?  Thanks in advance.

By default, you will have your payout threshold at 0.1 bitcoin. You can change it to a lower value in the dashboard page https://beta.mining.bitcoin.cz/accounts/profile/

Like Simon8x said above me, you have to change your payout threshold to something smaller like 0.01.

Change the 0.1 in the Send Threshold field to 0.01 and you should be good to go.

Yeah, I noticed the threshold and forgot to mention that I already modified it to .01 before the post just to test that everything is working as it should.  I am currently sitting on 0.04013597 BTC in Slush, however, my wallet is still empty.   :(

If you've changed the threshold to 0.01 then why does the balance not transferred to your wallet? Have you checked it again and see if it's really changed? If nothing is happening, then I guess you ask their support for assistance.

Make sure that your wallet is in sync with the network, verify your address and check it on blockchain.info and check if the funds are received.

I don't see any person mentioning the payment problem in their main thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1976.new#new. So the problem is very likely on your end. Send them a support ticket on http://support.bitcoin.cz/Tickets/Submit to ask them to check your account and help you.

You should definitely make sure the transaction hasn't taken place first. Look up your receiving address on blockchain.info to see if the BTC have arrived. If this isn't the case (and the amount still seems to be on your account with slush) it seems to be a problem on their end. To receive Bitcoin, Electrum hasn't got to do anything, not even be online or anything. The BTC should arrive at your receiving address, nonetheless.
