Are they allowed to transfer ARS out of the country, for lets say buy a significant amount of BTC on MtGox?
(You dont have to use any of MtGox supported currencies to fund your Gox account, just any currency their banks accept, which will then be converted to the currency of you MtGox account, like USD.) |
