If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.

If he meant 0.02 would be more realistic, I am pretty sure he's trolling, and having a good laugh right now. No campaign pays 0.2/week currently.

He messaged me like he said and asked if I would put a ponzi scheme in my signature. I didn't reply as I'm not interested in that and get paid well enough with my current signature advertiser.

Ah, I see now why they are willing to pay 0.2 as they are advertising ponzi. Most people will not advertise that, making them need a higher payout to get people to join.

It is not ponzi as they are not promising positive returns.
It is a service to market Bitcoin in general,
and they promise only 90%.

At least that is my understanding.

I don't want to disparage a new entry into the Bitcoin scene off the bat, but do read the details:

Step 1 - get referred by someone to the site with a code
Step 2 - pay to sign up (presumably, the amount determined by your referrer)
Step 3 - give out referral codes to other people
Step 4 - get 90% of all referrals' coins, you pick the entry amount

That's how it works according to the home page so.... well, I won't use any labels. It is what it is.
