I recently noticed that ButteryFly labs calls themselves an incorporation. I looked them up in the Missouri LLC database (their "address" is in Missouri), and no results have come up. I am pretty sure that it's a crime to impersonate an incorporation. Not only that, but it's tricking customers into thinking that they are a company. I, personally, wouldn't trust them with my money for a potential "product" without company status, especially if they are willing to lie about it. I've emailed them about it, and if I am mistaken about this, I will make sure to edit this post. I'm not sure if it's been fixed yet, but they had an expired Wyoming incorporation.
