I used to work on amazonCS , they will but only Managers are able to do it manually and they do that as an exception, u must let them know like it was for a gift and u by mistake used it in ur own acc. OP by the way be carefull of people giving you AMZ giftcards purchased with stolen credit cards or things like that. There's a lot of ppl doing it.
