Collateral required is 100 CLAMS. On condition that I will sell it if the price falls below a price around 0.002 so as to recover the loan amount.

If value rises you still will have your clams back. Even if they double or triple price.

As far I know CLAMS are listed in Poloniex only:

It is listed on both poloniex and cryptsy. (main exchanges.)
Use poloniex because it has much higher CLAM volume.

This should not be an issue since the CLAMS will be held in escrow and you will receive them after the loan is repaid. If I were you I would rather put a lot more in collateral rather than risk a margin call as these markets tends to be very volatile. To that effect ndnhc's second offer would be my preference.

Draw up the exact terms and conditions for liquidation with your escrow. Make sure to put a clause in where you will get some time to react instead of a forced liquidation, which would give you the option to either put more in the collateral or make other arrangements.

I thought op was joking about clams, but seriously can one provide a link about what clams are? Never heard of it in this manner.

price of clams is about to be pumped to 0.004 btc as there are going to be alot of people trying to grab cheap clams

It could hit 0.002 before that, and you could lose it. Happened to me, margin trading btc. Fell, force liquidated, and rose up to 1000.
