So for a $10 Virtual VISA, the fee is 10% + 0.92 Bitcoin So ... $10 + (10% of $10) + 0.92 BTC. that's $10 + $1 + 0.92 BTC or $11 + 0.92 BTC or 1.69230769 BTC (At BTC/USD for Mt. Gox last, of $6.5 ) + 0.92 BTC or 2.61230769 BTC So the $10 Virtual Visa costs $16.98 USD. Of course, most of that is due to the 0.92 BTC fixed per-trx fee.
